I. Payment Terms
Payment Methods: I accept PayPal payments in USD currency.
Upfront Payment: Payment is required upfront, preferably in full. If you need a payment plan, please let me know.
Refund Policy: Refunds are generally not available after the sketch is confirmed, with the exception of sketch commissions. If you request a refund during the sketch stage, I can provide a refund of half the amount.
II. Commission Process
Start by filling out a commission details form (google form or through private messaging on preferable communication media).
I'll reach out to you for confirmation and request your PayPal email for invoicing via your preferable communication media.
You'll receive two confirmation previews, one during the sketch stage and one after the entire piece is finished.
You're allowed up to two revisions throughout the entire commission process.
Final artwork files will be shared via Google Drive, with a provided link.
Additional notes:
Feel free to provide reference materials; nude references are acceptable if relevant to the commission.
The estimated turnaround time is typically 2-4 weeks for a single piece.
For multiple pieces, it may take longer than the general turnaround time.
If you require a specific timeframe upfront, please let me know, and we can discuss any additional costs.
III. Copyright and Usage Rights
The commission is typically intended for personal use and non-commercial purposes.
Additional charges may apply for commercial use.
The artist retains copyright of non-commercial commissions.
The artist may showcase the commissioned artwork in their portfolio or for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise.
While credits are highly appreciated, they are not required.
Minimal alterations to the artworks + visual designs are allowed.
Personal use and non-commercial merchandising are permitted.
Reselling is allowed, but only for adoptables, and the minimum resale price must match the original purchase price.
IV. Confidentiality & Communication
Most commission details are kept confidential between the artist and the client.
However, the client's username and commission type will be public by default for commissions tracking on the artist's Trello page.
Clients can request full confidentiality if they prefer.
Payment details are FULLY confidential.
You can contact me through Toyhouse messaging, Ko-fi messaging, or Discord for updates.
I'll provide art updates twice during the commission process.
V. Refusal and Termination
Artist can decline commissions that violate the guidelines or include: hate crime, sensitive topics, political content, underage romantic shipping, and if the skill required is outside the Artist's capability.
The commission will be terminated and unrefunded if the client is being unnecessarily rude throughout the entire process. While critics are appreciated and highly encouraged, uncivil behavior will not be tolerated.
VI. Client Agreement
By placing an order, Clients confirmed that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms of service.
